A significant portion of the work takes the form of Business Coaching to help entrepreneurs, small and medium sized business owners, Boards of Directors and managers of not-for-profit organizations think through their ideas, evaluate options, develop strategic and tactical option sets and interact better with the company's extended universe of stakeholders.
This is a longer term process built on mutual trust, a history or thinking through both problems and opportunities and the desire to find the best possible alternative for the organization given the specific set of circumstances, financial and operating limitations and time frames for each situation.
Entrepreneurs and business owners don't have many people to whom they can talk and confide on an open basis and this role is often an important and vital one for the client. It is also a role to which I can bring my 35 years of work experience and education and where the Roth Consulting Network can also plan an integral role by adding specific experiences and expertise as needed to meet the client's needs.
