RT Fisher Educational Enterprises, LLC (RTF) was organized in 1998 by Robyn T. Fisher as a provider of specialized educational services for institutions of higher education after several years working in the field. RTF's clients include Stanford University, The University of California, The California State University System, The County of Alameda and many Independent and Unified School districts in the San Francisco Bay Area. RTF has an outstanding reputation for quality, service, timely implementation and helping its clients achieve their short and long term educational outcomes and objectives. The majority of RTF's clients have been with the firm for over 7 years.
In 2005, RTF recognized a new market for educational services directed at assisting middle schools, and later high schools and elementary schools as well, provide the training, educational support services and assistance to different student groups to ensure that they met new Federal and State guidelines for academic achievement and had passed newly implemented standardized tests to verify performance. The primary driver behind these changes was mandated by the Bush Administration?s Federal program referred to as No Child Left Behind (NCLB).
The goals of NCLB legislation was to make certain that all children, regardless of their educational ability or living conditions, were able to reach at least the minimum level of academic achievement needed to be a productive and independent member of a modern society. In addition, many states began to implement their own standards, similar in structure to the long standing Regents testing system in New York State, to ensure the same minimum levels of achievement for their students.
Roth Consulting has worked with RT Fisher in the areas of CEO coaching, business and strategic planning, operational improvements, obtaining a new bank line of credit for working capital needs, marketing and is now engaged in both ongoing operational support and raising equity capital for the national expansion of the QUAD.
