We operate in an advisory capacity for clients and work with you to build the team needed to get the deal closed, find the capital necessary, identify prospects if you're a buyer and build value towards an exit if you're a seller. We operate on an hourly fee basis and do not take a back-end loaded success fee as we believe it results in too much financial incentive for closing a deal rather than patience in closing the right deal, at a fair and reasonable price, on the best term possible at the time and with the total financing package needed for long-term success.

This expertise is available to Roth Consulting's clients to help them make the right choices for the best possible outcomes.
Roth Consulting helps its Buy side clients find the resources needed to be successful not just in closing the transaction but in operating the business after the close. We help our Sell side clients build maximum value towards the sale, minimize taxes as part of the transaction and then move onto other endeavors after the close.
