ParentsCAN is an established 501c.3 in the area of social services and parent education. PC helps children with development issues and their parents to navigate through the social services system to obtain the care and support they need. Roth Consulting is working with PC to develop and implement a broad based capital raising program with which to fulfill the organization's mission.
