We work with the client's management team, its Board of Directors and legal counsel to develop a valuation for the Company and then make recommendation as to the value of incentive stock options and non-qualified stock options which may have been or will be granted to employees.Roth Consulting has done this for several clients and the valuation process is required under new IRS guidelines on an annual basis.
