Roth Consulting operates as a client's CEO, CFO and/or COO for indefinite periods of time based on the client's needs. These relationships can be full-time or part-time but usually require a more significant time commitment than project based work. We will assume direct operational and functional responsibility for operations and work with the owner or the Board towards specific objectives.
The more intense involvement in client operations and the longer term nature of these assignments mean that fees and incentives are negotiated at the beginning of the engagement. In addition, Roth Consulting can organize a team of professionals and outside service providers to work as a team on the client's issues and goals.
