Christine has over 25 years of experience raising funds for non-profit organizations including schools, libraries, health care providers and public service groups. Christine has been a Development Director, Board member and consultant to non-profit organizations. In addition, she has built Development organizations, is skilled in the use of specialized database and CRM management programs designed specifically for non-profits, including Raiser's Edge.
Most recently she was the Director of development for the Hospice & Adult Day Service of Napa Valley a health care provider with operations across Napa, 100 employees and a multi-pronged approach to fund raising that encompassed all aspect of Development. While at Hospice Christine significantly increased the total dollars raised while keeping expenses under control.
Christine has implemented and managed fund raising programs including major gifts, long-term capital campaigns, annual giving and special purpose events including annual Galas, golf outings and local food and wine events. Christine forms the core of Roth Consulting's non-profit consulting team.
Christine has an MBA with Highest Distinction from Northeastern University in Boston, is a member of the National Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society and several professional Development organizations.
